1. About Car Part Time

Car Part Time is a private automotive clubhouse located in Brooklyn, New York. We offer a membership program that provides access to our space, programming, events, and community.

2. Membership & Pricing

Membership is billed at $250 per month, on a recurring basis, until canceled by the member. There are no free or reduced-price trials. There are no initiation fees. All pricing is displayed clearly before checkout. We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing in the future with advance notice.

3. Billing & Payments

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Car Part Time to charge your payment method on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing date through your account or by contacting us at hello@carparttime.com. Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Canceling prevents future charges.

5. Member Conduct

Members are expected to follow all community guidelines, event rules, and applicable laws. Car Part Time reserves the right to revoke membership if behavior violates these standards.

6. Events & Alcohol

Some events may include alcohol service through licensed third-party vendors. Car Part Time does not sell alcohol directly.

7. Liability

By joining Car Part Time, you agree to participate at your own risk. Car Part Time is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
